Marvelous Stuffed Mushrooms

We didn't like these. I made them for Xmas Eve and only a few were eaten. I don't know if I did something wrong, but they were too liquidy and they were just missing something. Probably won't make again.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

I loved this dip. I think it made an awful lot though and I had 6 guests who couldn't even finish it. Next time I will just reduct the amount, but it was delicious!

Baked Ziti II

My family LOVED this...for 3 days! This is exactly how we like our ziti. I like to make meatballs on the side so this is perfect. I did also reduce the ricotta to 15oz because in previous attempts with other recipes, DH always said it was good if it had a little less ricotta. And reducing to 15oz was perfect. This will be my new go-to ziti! Thanks!

Bread Pudding I

Yummy! I made this tonight and it was so good! The only thing I did different was use 5 eggs instead of 6 and i did rest it in water when i baked it but otherwise it was exactly as written. Perfect!

Chicken Scampi II

This was really good! I halved the recipe to make just 2 chicken breasts, but I did end up adding a couple tablespoons of butter as the chicken cooked. I may have overcooked the chicken a little but the buttery, garlicky sauce was perfect with angel hair and some parmesan cheese. It was a nice dish to have in the summertime since it isn't too heavy. I will make this again, thanks for the recipe!

Seafood Salad Supreme

This was soooo good. I used 1lb. regular sized raw shrimp, sauteed them and then cut into pieces. I also used 1/2lb. fresh backfin crabmeat. We love Old Bay so I added extra. My husband's friends all ate it and said it was award winning. I will definitely make this again.

Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes

I made these last night and followed the recipe to a T and the flavor was perfect, however they were a little dry and I think the cook time may be too long because they were a little tough on the underside. Maybe just 7-10 min on each side would be sufficient. Next time I may use more mayo??? I did like them though and will try to make them again in the future with some small alterations.

Best Ever Banana Bread

This was amazing! The buttermilk definitely keeps it moist and my family loves it. It didn't quite look like the picture, but that could be because I used a cheap foil loaf pan. But so worth making again and again.
