Savory Vegetable Beef Stew

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
I loved this recipe!! I put the flour in a bag with the dry italian seasoning mix and then fried them. I added fresh green beans, carrots, zucchini, and used beef stock instead of water. I also ommitted the pepper because I didn't have any. We all loved it!

Uncle Mac's Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2006
I thought these were absolutely delicious. My husband wasn't too keen on the jelly but thought the cookie itself was the best peanut butter cookie he's had. Me and the kids thought they were scrumptious! Thanks!

Turkey Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2005
I thought these were delicious. I did make a few changes, and used what was on hand. I took the turkey, shredded it and boiled it in taco seasoning, onions, and water for an hour. It turned out moist and tender and very flavorful. I also used flour tortillas and made my own enchilada sauce. Turned out very yummy! Thanks

Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2005
This is the best recipe for pumpkin bread that I have ever tasted. I didn't add the cloves because I didn't have any, but it was so good! It turns out so moist, I seriously could have had the whole pan! Sinful I know!!! :)

This recipe was just ok for me. My husband didn't care for this one. I would have liked more sausage and cheese and less spinich.

This recipe was so fantastic! My husband just loved it!!! The only thing I added was a cup of water with a dissolved beef boullion cube and an extra Tablespoon of flour. I also added a little bit of sauteed fresh mushrooms to the gravy. It was absolutely delicious! Thanks!

Coconut Pecan Frosting I

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2005
I thought this recipe was good. I tried it 2 times and the first time I put too much coconut, and it turned out hard and sticky. The second time was better and spreadable, but it turned out a little sticky and hardened instead of being creamy still. I might be doing something wrong. Great Flavor though!!

Famous Restaurant Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2004
This recipe was delicious! It didn't turn out lumpy for me at all. I used a glass bowl and put it over a boiling pot of water to melt the butter and cream cheese together. I wisked in milk instead of half and half and I also added 3 TBLS of parmeson cheese. It was very smooth and very creamy. I also added the spices to my own taste. It turned out wonderful!!
