Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2014
AMAZING! I used frozen wild strawberries and cut down the sugar by about 1 tablespoon. They turned out sooo good. I'll be making these again for sure.

Mini Frittatas with Quinoa

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2014
Very easy to make and great way to pack a bunch of nutrients into a fun meal or snack. I sautéed some mushrooms and the shredded zucchini and added bacon bits instead of ham. I also only used cheddar as that's all I had in the fridge. This is a very flexible recipe and you can basically add any veg to it and it'll be delish. My 10 month old loves them and so does my husband so it's a winner!

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2014
Great turkey recipe! This was my first turkey and it wasn't hard at all. I agree with some other reviewers... The turkey fell apart when it was time to flip it but it wasn't too big of a deal as the meat was juicy and delicious and I carved it before placing it in the table! The only change I made was to add extra wine to the sauce.. It made the BEST gravy!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2014
Amazinggggg!!! Had 9 adults over for dinner and EVERYONE loved this! Best part is that is can (and should) be made the night before so the flavors mix and the broccoli can soften a bit... One less dish to make the day of the party! I cheated too... I bought 'real' bacon bits. I'll definitely be making this again!!!

Soft Oatmeal Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2014
Looved these cookies! Mine went flat though so that's why they got a 4/5. I used real butter (maybe that's my problem?) and only 1/2 cup of choc chips and no nuts. I'll be making hem again soon! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Tuna Noodle Casserole III

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2014
Good if you are in a pinch and tired but not very exciting. Hubby didn't like the breadcrumbs on top. I usually just make this recipe on the stove top and omit the whole oven sections hitch saves a ton of time.

Made these for myself and 9 month old son. Turned out great and we loved them! Much fluffier than I thought they would be.
