Black Magic Cake

Very disappointed. It tasted good, but definitely not impressive like the previous reviewers raved about. I will not make this again, and I will continue to search for an "amazing" chocolate cake.

White Chocolate Mocha

Delicious. I don't own a fancy steaming pitcher or steaming wand; instead, I microwaved the milk and then whisked it in a big bowl. I also used white chocolate chips instead of the syrup because Starbucks' caramel syrup I bought was disgusting! I am now scared to buy another one of their syrups.

Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting

Very refreshing. It was cream cheese-y instead of sugary. I did not use the almond extract and I used softened butter instead of melted. This recipe did not make a lot so I suggest doubling it. Actually, as an attempt to make more frosting I added an extra Tbsp of butter. I don't know how different from the original the extra butter made it taste. But it tasted very yummy.

Gluten-free Peanut Butter Cookies

It blows my mind that you can make a cookie without using any kind of flour or butter. Miraculously, this tastes just like a peanut butter cookie. It is way better with chunky peanut butter!

Mom's Buttercream Frosting

I don't know what went wrong, I followed the recipe exactly. The milk/flour mixture hardened in the fridge to where it was like jelly trying to mix it in again. The end product had chunks I couldn't get rid of. I was very sad because I needed it for my cake decorating class.

Double Chocolate Biscotti

Very easy and quick compared to normal biscotti recipes. The only minor complaint I have is that when I turned the biscotti on the trays, they crumbled. Despite of that, they are DELICIOUS!
