I'm rating this with only 4 stars because my son loved it, my husband said it was OK (could have used some meat), and I didn't like it because I don't like peppers. Otherwise, it's a great recipe (based on Baby Boy's assessment!)

Blue Cheese Salad

Excellent salad and dressing! I made this last night for 6 (along with a wonderful, crusty and moist country French bread) to take to our friends' house. The salad served 6 perfectly, and the only two things I added were some baby spinach and 1/4 cup Almond Accents. Perfect accompaniment with M. Toussaint's "Salmon with Tomatoes" that my friend made. We all loved it and will definitely make it again!

Blonde Brownies I

I just made these according to the recipe, and think that they are too sweet and rather greasy. Perhaps too much butter and not enough flour. Don't think I'll make them again. :(

Easy Grilled Chicken Teriyaki

Verrrry good! Made this for dinner tonight with home-grown green beans! I did slightly alter the recipe, however, by reducing the lemon juice to 1/8 cup, added 1/4 tsp black pepper, and omitted the oil. I used Soy Vey 'Veri Veri Teriyaki" sauce, and I doubled the quantity of chicken but kept the amount of marinade the same -- there was plenty to cover 8 pieces of chicken. Hubby liked it very much!

Holiday Punch II

Easy and delicious. Make 1 day ahead. I used only 2 tsp. Almond Extract, and it was delicious. Everyone at the jewelry party loved it! I will definitely make it again.

Pumpkin Crunch Cake

I have made variations of the "pumpkin cake" recipe for years, but this is by far THE BEST pumpkin recipe I have ever come across! I will NEVER go back to that other version again! I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you.

Cheesy Artichoke Dip

I discovered this recipe here this afternoon and made it for a Christmas party this evening. We especially enjoyed the addition of chile peppers. (A nice variation from the standard mayo/parm cheese/artichoke recipe). It was a big hit and a winner!
