Banana Cake VI

I made this exactly as directed. This was very heavy/dense as stated. I would use less banana next time. I prefer a lighter more cake-like texture. My co-workers agreed, this was like banana bread not cake. The taste was excellent. I'm not convinced the freezer step was necessary.

Candied Salmon

This was ok. It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't really what I was looking for I guess. I thought it had a nice presentation. I cooked the sauce longer than 15 minutes because I thought the sauce was supposed to be thick (it was good this way). I used just one smallish onion, otherwise followed directions as written. I'm not sure what the purpose was for the butter, but I did it.
