High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
I can't give it 5 stars, because it ended up being tough on the inside. Maybe I did something wrong. I might try again with a smaller piece of meat.

Meat-Lover's Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2012
Family likes it! Substituted 1/4cup wine for sugar, sautéed onion and beef in pot drained off the fat then added the sauces and seasonings. Used crushed tomatoes with thick purée instead of chopped tomato and stewed tomatoes. Let simmer on the stove about 40 min to 1 hour. Have made it with and without sausage.
