Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2004
I used this recipe with my showtime rotisserie. It is excellent. I only marinated for about 1 hour. It comes out sticky and crispy. It's delicious. We make it often.

I give this 5 stars because my husband loves it. I add kalamata olives, capers, sundried tomatoes and artichokes hearts and he's happy.

This was a good easy marinade. I did add about a tbs of white wine vinegar to tenderizer the meat like others suggested

husband though they tasted like something from a restaurant. i on the other hand thought there was too much vinegar (too sweet for me). next time i will try with a little less vinegar.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
It was tender and juicy! So easy to make. I used to cut up onions and put around chicken and in the cavity. I can eliminate that step. It actually tastes better with onion power instead. Even my husband liked it!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
My husband enjoyed the lamb chops. He said don't bother next time with the balsamic reduction. I don't eat lamb and tried the sauce, I didn't care for it either, but I didn't have a good aged balsamic vinegar. I went out and bought it and will try it for next time.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
I can't give it 5 stars, because it ended up being tough on the inside. Maybe I did something wrong. I might try again with a smaller piece of meat.

Beef Stew VI

Very good, easy to make. Will use half the amount of black pepper next time. I usually make from scratch but this is just as good without using all the extra ingredients I usually use. Will definately make again. Thanks!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2012
Delicious - i doubled the recipe-used brown sugar instead of white, rice wine vinegar didn't have cider vinegar and low sodium soy sauce. was enough for 5 drumsticks, 4 thighs and 2 breast- followed everything else and directions exactly! Yummy!
