Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Turned out great!! So easy and everyone loved them. Followed brown sugar and vanilla tips and added dark chocolate M&M's to a few. Will try with more mix-ins even though they don't need them!

Creamy Lemon Pie

Yum yum! So creamy and delicious and so easy! I used the 3 egg whites to make meringue for the topping instead of whipped topping. Whipped em up with 1/4 t. cornstarch, and added 3/4 c. Confectionate sugar. Let it get toasty & brwon under the broiler for a couple of minutes - watch it close! I agree that it is better after it sits in the fridge for a couple of hours!

Banana Flip Cookies (Cookie Mix)

These are amazing! I love that it uses a cookie mix - so easy. I used a different filling: 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 3 c XX sugar, 2 oz cream cheese. Sandwich, then refrigerate for an amazing treat!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Just like peanut butter cups is right! If you refridgerate before putting chocolate one, be sure not to cool it too much cause then the chocolate layer won't stick and it will crack when you cut it...

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

This is a great & easy week night dinner! I added extra brown sugar, worchestershire sauce, and some honey bbq sauce. Served it over rice - would've been better if i'd made even more sauce cause it was delicious on the rice. Will make this one again!

Marinated Wild Salmon

Agree with others who say "unique flavor." Even though i marinated for about 8 hours, it wasn't super strong. Will try reserved marinade for sauce next time - it turned out a little dry. Will make again, though!

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

This is definately a "good" different! It was very moist & savory. Great flavor! I used 1 lb. chicken breast tenders, cause that's what i had. Also used shredded swiss and herbed cornbread dressing. It turned out great!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These are some of the most amazing cookies EVER. Of all the cookie recipes out there, it's just hard to find one that's worthy of making over and over again - this is one of them! The texture is moist and soft and the choco/peanut butter flavors mix just right. I didn't have pb cups, so i used mini reese's pieces. Like i said, this one's a keeper!

Sugar 'n' Spice Nuts

These are the best Holiday nuts i've ever had! Instead of using seperate measurements of nuts, i used a large can of mixed salted nuts and omitted the extra salt.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

The reason i love this website! I would not have made this if not for the reviews and they turned out to be my favorite of all the cookies i made for Christmas so far (and i've made a bunch!) I used butter instead of margarine and loved the result. Also, they do spread quite a bit more on the pan than i thought they would so be prepared for that. Love these!

Definately use less cream cheese, as suggested. I think the American cheese adds good flavor, so don't leave it out! It was a hit at Thanksgiving!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

If you do this recipe right, it will become one of your most favorite & most delicious! It tasted like i spent hours and tons of ingredients on it! I cut to large breats halves in half and put them on top of the onion in the crock pot. I used 1 can cream o ckn and 1 can cream o celery. & added garlic powder, celery, and black pepper. It cooked for 8 hours on low, then i took the chicken out & shredded it while 1 can of biscuits cooked on high for 30-45 minutes. As suggested by one reviewer, i slightly flattened the biscuit pieces so they cooked through well. Then i added the chicken back to the pot and let it all cook together for about 15 more minutes. Absolutely amazing!

Apple Walnut Pound Cake

Made this with pears in a bundt pan - it was delicious! Very moist with all the fruit. Also chopped the walnuts up super fine in the food processor to make a nutty flavor throughout. This one's a keeper!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

If you like your brownies fidgy, rich, melt-in-your-mouth delicious, these are the ones to make! I had about 13 people ask me for the recipe when i took them to work. I also used half and half brown and white sugar and I used over 1/2a cup of milk chocolate chips. DECADENT!

Strawberry Dream Cake I

I made this cake for my husband for his birthday and it was GREAT! Doesn't taste AT ALL like it came from a cake mix. I used Splenda sweetened strawberries and they worked great. Also used 1/3 less fat in the cake and I don't think the cake suffered at all. I baked in a 13x9" pan - which I'm glad because the cake is so moist and the icing was abit thin. I poked holes the cake before frosting so teh icing could run down in it. HMmmm. Will keep this one for more summer strawberries!

Blondie Caramel Heaven

Very rich and delicious! A little difficult to "swirl" the batter and caramel, but definately attempt to mix them! I also agree to chill so that the bars will harden, but also plan to leave them out so the caramel isn't too cold to chew.... Will make these again!
