Peanut Butter Brownies I

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
Very good! So rich and tasty. I doubled the recipe, used chocolate chips instead of nuts, chunky pb, 2/3 cup cocoa powder for half the flour. I only baked them for 35 minutes and the middle was baked but super gooey, just how we like them. I think 45 minutes would've been too long for my taste. Will be making these again, but not too soon since the double batch will last awhile.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies III

This is a great no bake recipe. My 3 year old loves to help me make them for her friends. I added a little more oats to ensure that they set.

Shiitake Angel Hair Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2004
This is the second time we've made this dish. We use more garlic, 3 cloves, and whole milk. It still tastes great. My husband gave it 5 stars and my 3 year old actually ate it, so it definately deserves 5 stars from me.

Basic Sauce for Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2004
The sauce is still simmering, but it's exactly what I was looking for. It tastes and smells great. Perfect for our ex pat family with limited ingredients. I used Italian seasoning instead of oregano. I also doubled the recipe to freeze for later. Thanks for a great basic sauce.

Dark Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2004
very yummy easy chocolate cake. I substituted rice vinegar for the vinegar, and was still good. Very moist. I made 12 cupcakes and a 9x9 cake with this recipe.
