Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Great recipe! I used 1 cup homemade applesauce (with no sweeteners added) in place of the butter. I often substitute applesauce for oil or butter/margarine in brownies, cakes, banana & zucchini breads. It tastes great and is healthy. This was moist and delicious! My kids loved it. Thanks.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Great recipe! Very little hands-on time. I put the ingredients in my bread machine, turned it on the dough setting and left for about 1 1/2 hrs. When I came home, the dough was ready to roll out. Following a review, I refrigerated the buns overnight. This morning I put them in a cold oven, then turned it on 400. They were done in approx. 25 mins. I immediately turned them out onto a cookie sheet so the filling could run down over them. They turned out perfect! These are scrumptious with or without icing! My family loved them. Great for busy moms. Thanks for sharing!
