First off, I do not like bell peppers, but I LOVE this dish. I don't eat the peppers but the stuffing inside is the best. The only thing I change is: I use more Worcestershire sauce (probably 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons) and season the meat with garlic powder, garlic salt and cumin while it's simmering, I add sliced mushrooms, use stewed tomatoes, and cheddar & Garlic Mozzerella (made by sargento's and is oh so yummy!).
