Raspberry Truffle Fudge
This was my first attempt at making fudge, and I did exactly as the recipe said, with the exception of the raspberry liquor...I used pure seedless raspberry preserves instead and it came out delicious. I brought about half of it to work and have got nothing but compliments. Thanks for the great recipe, I'll definetly be using this one again!

Pumpkin Casserole
My mom and two sisters are all very good cooks, and since I'm the youngest they don't expect much from me, but we all cooked for Thanksgiving this year and I made this dish. I got compliments the whole day and there wasn't any left by the end of the day. Very yummy, not too sweet, and when served with cool whip it was perfect! Thank you for the great recipe! It has been requested by my entire family that I make this again for Christmas.

Grilled Potatoes and Mushrooms
I had to revise this recipe as my grill was out of gas lol, so I cooked in the oven on 375 for about an hour. I took this dish to a family get together, and it was a big hit, everyone seemed to love it. I seasoned the potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and garlic powder. I didn't use as many potatoes, but I almost doubled the amount of soup. Will definetly make again (hopefully on the grill next time lol). Thanks for the recipe!!
