I made this for my family for Mother's Day..it was great. I thought I had made too much but I had none left. This was very easy to make and tastes great with penne pasta, caesar salad and garlic bread.

very good..had to add a little more rum..but this recipe is great..i highly recommend it..my entire family loved it when i made it for thanksgiving.

Ceviche Self-Portrait

I have waited so long to make ceviche and this recipe was perfect. Very easy to make and it was absolutely delicious. I make it at least once a week now.
