Recommend a few variations that I used to enhance this dish a bit. Use a full cup of dry, rather than a fruity red wine, like a Merlot or Burgundy, which will add a very likeable and distinct essence to the pork. I like garlic, so I added 4 tablespoons vice 3 of this essential, which when summed with the Onion Soup Mix, Soy Sauce and wine infuses the pork, with what you'll agree is "Nirvana." Be sure and generously spoon the hot Nirvana Au Jus over the sliced pork when serving.
