Pecan Pie Cake I

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2012
This cake is delicious. Only thing I had to modify was the baking time for the second step, at 30 minutes it was still "soupy" and not brown. I added about 15-20 minutes on to the baking time and took it out when it was golden brown. The edges were hard, but tasted rather good!

Yummy Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2012
Made with extra green onion and added a teaspoon of garlic powder. Took to work for a party, got many compliments and request for the recipe. I made one big ball, it was all gone at end of the day.

Sunday Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
Made this with a few alterations posted by other reviewers: Used 8 eggs & 1 1/2 cup cheese - mixed it all up and put in casserole pan and baked. Turned out really good, made night before so that morning all I had to do was put in oven for a hour. Easy!

Pecan Pie Surprise Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2009
I prepared using 2 cups chopped pecans. I also waited for the crust to cool 10 minutes before pouring the filling over the crust. Good, taste like pecan pie, good for a get together of family and friends.

I found the perfect size jar that was a little less than a quart at Christmas and the fit was perfect. These cookies are good too!

Restaurant-Style Chicken Tenderloins

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2007
This chicken was very good, I followed recipe exactly (except for using spray oil in a non-stick skillet). I cut up chicken breast into smaller pieces, to marinade the chicken better and so it would fry up in 15 minutes. Very tender and moist.

Barbecued Country Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
I made boneless country style ribs, only change I made was cooking for 30 minutes with my control on pressure cooker rocking gently. These came out fork tender, very good and easy!

Banana Split Cake IV

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2007
I made this for my sister's birthday, my whole family loved it. My dad said it was the best dessert I had ever made, everyone went back for seconds, which is unusual for my family. I used low fat graham crackers & fat free cream cheese too.

Bou's Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2007
This recipe is a keeper, my picky husband enjoyed. I did use previous suggestions, cut vinegar down to 2 tbsp, used brown sugar instead of white. I used boneless chicken breast and simmered 30 minutes, adding 1 tbsp cornstarch/water last 10 minutes of cooking to thicken.

Creamy Orange Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2005
I used a white cake mix and added 1 tsp orange extract to the mix. I also used 1 package orange jello instead of orange extract in the frosting. Prepare 1 day ahead of time and chill. Prepared this for a birthday party and got many many compliments on how good it was.
