Divine Hard-Boiled Eggs
I wish the recipe would've called for older eggs. I used fresh eggs & they are impossible to peel. I'm glad other reviews commented on this issue as well. As for the cook time, I could have probably been better leaving them in a couple minutes less - as someone else mentioned elevation is a big factor as far is cooking time is concerned. I am in Miami Beach elevation is basically at sea level. In any case the yorks were a bit stiff but color was good none the less

Sweet Pea and Noodle Salad
I didn't really care for this recipe as it was (though I used shell pasta per one of the comment "green pearl pasta" I believe she called it & I used a quinoa pasta). I went on to add a little mustard powder & celery salt...still didn't work for me. I ended up adding shredded cheddar cheese & shredded carrots that really helped! Thank you for the recipe I enjoyed the spice but felt like it needed a little more...the added cheese really made it for me.
