Bleu Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2012
This was just okay for our family. Each of us thought that the 1 cup of blue cheese crumbles made it much too strong to really enjoy. I may make it again using less blue cheese, adding regular dressing, etc...

Our entire family loved it! I didn't adjust anything in the recipe and it was delicious!

Slow Cooker Barbequed Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2012
Fabulous! Moist, smokey, delicious! I made the recipe exactly as it stated only used all beef broth instead of using any water. The entire family loved it! Thanks for sharing!

Cabbage Beef Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
This was just okay for me. I love to make soup and I try tons of different recipes in the winter. I was excited to find this because it had cabbage in it, but you can't taste the cabbage anyway. I agree with another reviewer that it basically tastes like chili (but you can see cabbage in it.) It tastes fine, I just wasn't looking for another chili recipe.

Bat Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
These looked sooooo cool! Not hard to make either. I used yellow cake mix as another had suggested, just because of all the chocolate already in the recipe. Very fun - a real conversation piece at the party!

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
These had great flavor and the group I made them for raved about them! The only slight drawback is that they are not beautiful. You can control the final look somewhat by not over-filling you muffin cups, but the ones that get too full will have chips going every direction, thus a strange looking muffin top. As far as taste, it's a five-star recipe!

Overnight Apple Cinnamon French Toast

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
Gr8eat tasting. I used 7 eggs, Texas toast - which came to about 8 slices, canned milk, and 1 1/2 cans of apple pie filling. The other half of the 2nd can of pie filling was used in an 8x8 dish that I made at the same time. The group that I made it for loved it. The only drawback to the recipe in my opinion, is that it took a full hour and a half to bake. I then drizzled syrup on it and put in under the broiler for about 2 minutes. Will definitely make again, but will keep long baking time in mind.
