Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares
I've make this recipe every Christmas for the past 25 years and now I'm being asked to make it for dessert auctions at school. It's a hit! I make it in a deeper dish (Pyrex) and use a food processor to crush the graham crackers and then to mix in the peanut butter, etc. I also create little 'gutters' in the bottom mixture. This gives each piece an interesting look when cut. Lastly, the freezer is where I store these before serving. Delish!

Black Bean Brownies
While the kids loved it, I (and a few other adults) were able to taste the beans and felt that the texture was a bit strange.

Oven Fried Chicken II
This is such an easy and mess-free way to make chicken legs for my kids! They love cold, leftover fried chicken in their lunch bags and when I added this they went WILD! I added a few dollops of Country Crock to the bottom of the pan instead of the oil. I also used half bread crumbs and half panko crumbs. The chicken was done in an hour, it was crunchy, flavorful and SO delicious! This one is definitely going into our rotation!
