About this Cook
I believe sincerely that cooking is an Art and since I love Art, I love cooking! I enjoy finding great new recipes, especially Italian for dinner and pastry that is exceptional !Right now I am focusing on Pizza, gaining experience and so far, my buffalo chicken pizza is outstanding !
My favorite things to cook
Italian, Pastry Bread Love NEW recipes
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving Turkey and Christmas Ham and/or Prime Rib !
My cooking triumphs
Pizza !! Chicken Picante, Chicken Pot pie with home made pie crust, Banana Muffins, and Tender chuck roast beef with carmelized onions !
My cooking tragedies
WEll, my most recent tragedy was totally my own fault; I followed a recipe but didn't use common sense. the recipe called for 5-6 lb. roast, and I used salt for that size, when my roast was only 3 lbs. ! way too salty !!

Beef Pot Pie III
The only thing I changed was the crust. Made my own. I used the home made crust from a chicken pot pie recipe and used it, nothing like home made pie crust !

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup
Hello, I tried this its great, but you can also cook the pasta right in with the soup, makes a fuller base that way, I made it with alphabet pasta this time, easier to eat at work !! but love the wide noodles the best !! Also, smoked chicken is a good idea too !! you can add just a drop or two of liquid smoke to your chicken sauté for a min. throw it in there !! wow !!
