Black Pasta in a Pink Gorgonzola Sauce

Really a delicious sauce! I didn't stress myself out by trying to find the black pasta...mainly because my kids would have freaked! It was a tad bit salty for my taste,,,must have been the gorgonzola...I may scale back a bit on that next time,,but we loved it! Thanks!

Pancakes I

These are always a big hit. I used to buy the boxed pancakes, where you just add water. My husband grudgingly agreed this morning, these homemade ones are way better. Obviously!

Maple Glazed Ribs

WOW....my husband gave it a "ten"...and that is rare. Ribs came out tender, but not overly tender, which was good...boiling first is key, but some people boil them too long, then they are just a mess. One hour is perfect, and the glaze was awesome. Will make again for company..Thanks!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Wow, these were amazing muffins! I also substituted canola oil for the butter in the muffins and added chocolate chips. My kids and husband loved them, I'll definitely make them again. THANKS!

This is an amazing recipe! I had a "mexican night" dinner party and they were gone in a flash...I took advise of others and went really light on the salsa. I also added corn to make it more colorful. These would also make great veggie burritos. I put salsa and sour cream on the side. YUM!

Sangria! Sangria!

I'm thrilled to have found this recipe. We have about 50 bottles of yucky homemade red wine that no one will drink. I used it with this recipe and it's fantastic! Definitely try to make ahead. I also skipped the carbonated water and sugar, and just gave my guests the options to add some sprite to their glass if they wish. A huge hit, will make a lot this summer..thanks!

Amazing recipe! My husband can't get enough of them. The leftovers are great too if your lucky enough to have any. I like that they can just hang out in the oven for whenever your ready to serve them.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Excellent! I don't bother with the pre-rubbing. I just rub it before I put it in the oven and that seems perfect. Unless your a major salt fan, I would omit it completely as it is very salty even with out it. Makes a moist delicious chicken!

Spicy Basil Chicken

This was excellent! And really easy too. I used thai chilli peppers, and only three, and it was very spicy! So in the end, I added a bit of brown sugar while still in the pan to cut the heat and it was delicious. Served over rice. Will make again for sure. Thanks!
