Sweet-Sour Red Cabbage

This is really great! The only change I made was using turkey bacon...I bet it's even better w/the real stuff, but it was so tasty this way too. Will make again!

Tater Tot Casserole I

This is SOOO good! I mixed onions in w/sausage and used 4 eggs, otherwise followed the recipe. We had if for dinner, can't wait to have it again for breakfast tomorrow!

This is really great! I pretty much followed the recipe except for I didn't have green onions so I added some chopped vidalia onion, and also some red wine vinegar in addition to the cider vinegar. It's a unique blend of flavor and very "summer-y"! Thanks!

Seven Layer Dip II

I made this for our cinco de mayo party, it was really good and disappeared quickly. I used low fat sour cream to make it a little bit healthier. Can't wait to make it again!

Glazed Meatballs

Pretty good, The meatballs themselves are great, and the sauce is really interesting (Love the maple!) But too much Allspice. If I make again I'll just put 1/2 to 1 tsp in.
