Very good! We did not have time to marinate for more than about 1.5 hrs, I forgot:) But while they were on the grill I just slathered them with more marinade. Made with just beef but will soon try with chicken. Thanks

We give these 5 stars for easy and healthy and good!! I had no wheat germ but had my heart set on these so substituted more ww flour for that. Then used applesauce instead of oil. No sugar really needed. added blueberries to half and made blueberry sauce from this site for topping. Very tasty. Made all of us happy. Thanks

We really really liked this egg dish. I used one full pound of hot sausage and then cut the chillies to one can. I used a total of 8 oz cheese, half sharp cheddar and half co/jack. I like that it was made the night before. I also made one with bacon and green pepper rather than the sausage and mushroom and it turned out yummy too. The only thing I was not crazy about was that the flour mixture was a bit difficult to incorporate. I wonder if I added the flour to the eggs and then just mixed int he butter it would be easier. All in all a good egg casserole that is not runny in the middle and much easier to make than a crusted quiche.

I forgot to thaw the potatoes so I threw them in a pan with the butter to basically get them to room temp. I also just crushed the corn flakes for the top and then melted the butter for topping and poured over. It was very yummy with many many compliments.

I used all blueberries, we picked and froze them last summer, just ran under cool water to thaw them a bit. In our opinion this could use... more berries :) and some nuts, walnuts or pecans would be great. Other than that I really like it. I especially like the crust on the bottom combined with the topping. yummy

Good muffins. Not "the best." I added a couple teaspoons of vanilla. Frozen berries that we picked and froze last summer. I just defrost slightly by running under cold water and stir in. Works great and tastes fresh. Oh I also added a little cinnamon with the sugar on top. I think I just like muffins made with oil better:) Thanks

Good pancakes. I scaled down to 4.8 servings and made plenty for our family of 4. I personally love buttermilk pancakes, I think these need something. Maybe some cinnamon and vanilla? Not sure they weren't as special as I thought they'd be. Because they made so many I let the kids choose what they wanted, made some plain, some with frozen blueberries (that we froze after picking last summer) and some more with chocolate chips. All good.

Good muffins. I used buttermilk in place of the milk as a personal preference. I used frozen blueberries that we picked and froze last summer. I just pulled them out of the freezer and rinsed them a bit with cold water so they weren't completely frozen before adding. The topping is a bit much even for me and I love struesel topping (I can eat it plain). For me this made 10 decent sized muffins but only used about a quarter of the topping. If I make again I'll throw in more berries. I baked them at 375 for about 25 min to give the berries a chance to really cook. Thanks for the recipe.

Excellent!! Left out the chicken stock-added extra veggie stock. Did not precook the veggies and they were exactly the way that I think they should be. I was worried that my husband would not be "full" after eating this meat free meal and some irish soda bread but to my suprise he really enjoyed it and was satisfied. I personally think it's one of the best cabbage soups ever! Oh I forgot that I did add a few shakes of tobasco sauce and pepper right with the other ingredients:) YUM

A wonderful cookie recipe!! This is truely THE monster cookie. The recipe is pretty forgiving too. Once I completly forgot the brown sugar and they still tasted okay. I like to use 1/2 rolled oats and 1/2 quick oats, real butter and using JIF peanut butter makes a big difference. You can add whatever you'd like; nuts, different chips, coconut, raisins. But always good with the choco chips and m & m 's yumyumyumyum!! And I forgot to mention that obviously this makes a lot but they do freeze well!

Needed something new as it's lent and we're eating fish. These are okay... although my husband and son said they really like them. I used two cans of tuna and left the rest the same except I did not have green onions but did add some onion powder. Just fried in a pan with Pam as I was trying to keep the fat down. Would like to try again with some more spice. Thanks

We love this recipe. It is soooo easy and sooooo good. Make it the night before so it has a chance to really blend. I use skim milk and fat free cool whip and it still tastes great. I also pop the frosting in the microwave for a little bit to get it to be easy to pour and spread. Thanks so much

These are soooo yummy!! I added peanut butter chips with the choc chips for a total of 1 cup of chips. I also like to add them when the mixture is warm so they get a little melty. Makes 24 bars if you cut them into 1 inch by 4.5 in bars. Thanks for this recipe I'm sure it will stay a favorite.

Good recipe. I used mini choc chips. Heated the peanut butter and sweet cond milk to make it easier to mix. Baked for exactly 30 min. In order to make these better if I make them again I'd 1) add the topping before the choc chips and press it down a bit, as the topping fell off with each bite 2) Use regular choc chips cause I just think they'd make for a better texture 3)Add some nuts or maybe use crunchy peanut butter. All in all good and remind me of magic cookie bars (but not as good).

We just recently realized that we really love pesto. I thought we'd give this a try. I cut the recipe as I only wanted about a third of what was made here. I only used about half of the amt of oil and turned out great for serving with a simple wheat pasta and shrimp. Easy and satisfies us all.

These are tasty for wheat pancakes. I did make a few changes... Used only 1/2 cup sugar (and this was plenty),Used 1/3 cup applesauce in place of the butter, added 2 teas vanilla and a full Tablespoon of cinnamon. When I make them again I will only use 3 eggs as the batter is a bit runny and a bit "eggy" for our tastes. All in all very yummy and with no butter-low fat. Oh and this did make almost exactly 28 pancakes.

I love these. They are easy and tasty and everyone raves about them. I don't ever tell what's in the sauce. Everyone just thinks it's bbq. My husband swears he doesn't like mayo so I keep it a secret!

Very good and easy to make. I used cherries for the centers and the neighbors said these were their favorite cookies (that's saying a lot since I baked for 3 days several types of xmas cookies). They are not too sweet but do tend to break easily. My husband and kids ate the ones that broke so they loved them.

We really loved this roast but I did alter a little:) I never browned it which next time I may do. I forgot the onion but with the onion soup mix it wasn't a big deal. I also added a can of cream of mushroom soup. It gives it just a little bit more YUM! Anyway all in all I love any slow cooked roast but this is good and no tomatoes (my husband doesn't like them).
