Spicy Black Bean Cakes

I made this recipe for a dinner party and these were a huge hit. I served them with grilled halibut and homemade mango salsa. It was the perfect flavor combination.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

These are always a hit. The trick is to take them out of the oven while they are still a little soft. Once they are cool, they are the perfect combination of crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.

Green Velvet Soup

Butternut Squash Bisque

This was amazing! I substituted the heavy cream for 6oz non-fat plain yogurt and the consistency was great. I also used cinnamon instead of nutmeg. The flavor was great. I'm going to make this for Thanksgiving too!
