These were great, soft and chewy, not really hard like normal peanut butter cookies.

Easy Lasagna II

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2006
This was easy and delicious. I did make a few changes though. I used half ricotta and half cottage cheese, with a little extra cottage cheese, I also used two whole cans of sauce (I think they were 24 oz each). Instead of putting it in one big pan, I cooked it in two bread loaf pans (I was taking it two different places). I also used italian seasoning instead of parsley. It turned out really tasty and delicious, it was a bit runny though, probably since I used to much sauce. Also make sure you let it set for 15-20 long minutes before digging in otherwise its really runny.

Tzatziki Sauce I

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2006
This is wonderful sauce. I am a gyroaholic so this helps with my cravings! I didn't have any fresh dill so I used 1 tsp. of crushed dill seed and also added cucumber. It is great!

Scrambled Eggs Done Right

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2005
This was a really good recipe! I was surprised that it was so good with the mayo in it. The mayo didn't mix in right away, not until cooking. I'm not sure if it was suppposed to do that but it turned out great, light and fluffy.

Chocolate Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2005
These had good flavor, but I was hoping for a chewy, fudgey brownie. These had more of a cakey texture, I did use a 10 x 10 pan, so maybe that made a difference. Maybe doubling the recipe would make a difference.

Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2005
I really enjoyed this recipe although, I didn't use any meat and added pepper, worchesterchire sauce, and horseradish to the sauce and omitted the ginger since I didn't have any.

Gelatin-Flavored Popcorn

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2005
I think this recipe is excellent, although I did change some things due to other readers suggestions. I only used a half a cup plus about a tablespoon of butter, and when I turned off the heat I added about a quarter to a half a teaspoon of baking soda. I also baked it at 250 degrees for about a half hour stirring in between. Turned out great!

Allison's Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2005
The dressing on this salad is awesome. I didn't have dillweed and didn't put in the pepper and used yellow mustard and it still tasted great! I only added carrots and onion, I didn't have ham or cheese or grapes. Really good salad.

Buttermilk Honey Wheat Bread

Reviewed: May 4, 2005
This bread was really easy to make and really tasty!! My roommate and I both loved it! I used bread flour instead of AP flour and it turned out great, although the top wasn't domed, it was sunk in a little bit. This didn't affect the flavor though.

Beef Nacho Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2005
This was pretty good, although I did make some changes becuase I didn't have everything on hand. I didn't have enough salsa so I added a little bit of tomato juice. I also thought that it had a little too much of a mayo flavor so next time I would maybe do half mayo and half sourcream. I also added a little cumin and cayenne.
