Asian Ginger Dressing

I'm giving it four stars JUST BECAUSE I did make changes. Instead of 3/4 cup olive oil, I used 1/4 C sesame oil and 1/2 cup olive oil. A few years ago I put garlic cloves in a jar and steeped them in EVOO, and they've been that way ever since. I used that oil. Also instead of water I used juice off manderine oranges. Man, I would make this again in a heart beat. I may have to, too. :)

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I am a novice cook and this recipe terrified me; however, the directions were straight forward so I decided to give it a try. This was my first rue and such a great addition to the cordon bleu. I totally recommend this one to stretch your cooking muscles and impress your guests.
