Pineapple Banana Bread
I love this bread, i made it into 8 mini loafs and 12 muffins. I like to add the juice that is in the pineapple can too. I used self raising flower so there was no need for the salt or the baking soda. I was asked to find some kid friendly recipes for the school canteen. Well this one made the kids rave and the teachers too. Next time i make it for my hubby i am going to throw in a 1/4 cup semi sweet choc chips and serve it right out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. mmmmm

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
It was delicious, i made 4 times as much as the recipe calls for, but i did use some suggestions others made. I added 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies and 1 can corn drained. It was a big hit, i had sour cream and different kinds of grated cheeses and scoops corn chips to serve with it. I will be making this over and over again.

Classic Stuffed Turkey
I made this last night for a christmas party dinner i hosted and it was all gobbled up. I thought the mushrooms were a little too over powering the flavoe so i will half that next time. But over all a very tasty recipe. Oh and i did add a lot of chicken seasoning as i like my stuffing well spiced not bland.
