About this Cook
30 YEAR OLD WIFE AND MOTHER. I TEACH 5TH GRADE IN LA PUENTE, CA.
My favorite things to cook
ANYTHING ETHNIC. I LOVE COOKING ASIAN AND MEXICAN FOODS. I ALSO LOVE TO MAKE MY FOODS SPICY.
My favorite family cooking traditions
BAKING WITH MY LITTLE BOY. HE LOVES HELPING ME IN THE KITCHEN AND I ENJOY TEACHING HIM ABOUT COOKING.
My cooking triumphs
THANKSGIVING 2005. I COOKED FOR OVER 20 PEOPLE ON MY OWN. EVERYTHING FROM TURKEY, HAM, CORNBREAD AND PIES. IT WAS LOTS OF WORK BUT WELL WORHT IT.
My cooking tragedies
BELIEVE IT OR NOT IT WAS A TUNA SALAD THAT I MADE FOR MY HUBBY. I TRIED TO EXPERIMENT A LITTLE AND PUT CHOPPED TOMATOES, LETTUCE AND ONIONS MIXED IN TO A TRADITIONAL MAYONNAISE BASED TUNA SALAD. IT WAS HORRIBLE!
