I like the recipe. I wonder if allowing the loaf to cool down would make it easier to cut? I put one loaf in the freezer for a minute to cool down and it cut a little better, but I didn't leave it in there long. When I cut the fresh loaf it was a little soft and sometimes it broke up a little. I'll make it again, but next time I'll use bread pans instead of making baguettes. I don't have any baking pans, so I do as best as I can with some tin-foil and the racks.
