Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Flavor was really good. I just wish they had been soft.

I used a 1/3 cup peanut butter instead of the 1/3 cup margarine and my dogs love them. I had some very bitter medicine I had to give one of my dogs. She loved the treats so much she would eat it even with the medicine smeared over the top, tried to eat the bottom first, but eventually ate the whole thing.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I liked this enough to eat it, which is saying something since usually meatloaf turns my stomach. But I wish it wasnt quite so sweet.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I use oil (canola specifically for me) instead of the shorting, and Dark Chocolate Chips, and the cookies come out wonderful

Lemon Fish Bake
