Lighter Banana Muffins

Perfect! Perfectly simple, perfectly easy and not so much guilt as regualr muffins. All I did different was add a good teaspoon+ of vanilla, and I DID add the optional walnuts. They are gone already.

Sausage Gravy II

Awesome! It's pretty yummy! (And those are hubby's exact words.) I used kielbasa too, and fresh minced garlic instead but that was all I changed and it went over big!

Child-Proof Sugar Cookies

My husband LOVED these! They weren't at all hard to make but I did notice I have to roll them thick or they burn quick.. I may try lowering the temp a lil next time, but I liked them.

Haddock Bubbly Bake

I read somewhere that the soup overpowers the fish. Perhaps a strong mushroom soup would but I used cream of chicken as that's all I had. And there was no problem with the fish's flavor coming through. It IS soupy though, then again some of my fillets were stillpartially frozen. The cheese when it melts adds wetness too though, but I think, served over rice, taht'd take care of the problem. I added paprika and used sharp cheese.. next time I'll use milder cheddar. I suggest serving it over rice.

Pecan Crackers

Oh Yummy! I admit I didn't follow things exactly because I didn't have everything on the list and I was hot to make it 'right now'.. I Used Ritz crackers cause I had a ton of them, and made a double layer. I also added 2 TBSP vanilla cause I can't get enough of it. I KNOW I used more than the called-for amount of pecans and I even took 3 handfuls off, but it smelled wonderful! When it came out, I let it cool for a minute or three and dusted it with 10X sugar for looks and hello! How EASY is this?! I love it!!
