Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2004
My boyfriend loved this quick and easy dish. I added some extra spices to the turkey because the other comments said it needed more taste, and next time I will make more sauce.

Asian Salmon

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2004
Because I was just making it for me and my bf, I cut the amount of salmon in half but made all the sauce and it still could have used more.

Ground Turkey Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2004
I added fresh garlic, onion, spicy pepper seasoning, italian seasoning, & salt to the turkey plus a can of diced tomatoes. I loved this recipe, next time I will use 12oz noodles instead of 8, it wasn't at all dry. I thought it was delicious, although my BF wasn't a huge fan. I will make this again.

I have made this cake twice now and it's a big hit. I used vanilla extract instead of almond and added crushed pecans to the top. Delicious!

Mashed Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2004
I've made this twice now and am making it for Thanksgiving. The first time I used onion dip in a packet, but didn't care for the chuncks of onion, so next time I used Ruffles onion dip in the jar and it was perfect.

I read through pages of reviews & took the advice of all and here's what I did and it was delicious. Omitted the salt, cut the pepper in half, added an extra can of soup, a cup of half and half, and used cheddar cheese.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2005
Excellent. I have had this saved in my recipe book for maybe a year and just made it last night. My BF loved it and so did I. I used ranch instead of blue cheese, and like everyone suggested I cut the dressing in half and it was plenty. I used the Pillsbury pizza crust in the refridgerated can and it was great. As for the hot sauce, I used Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce. When I opened the oven and saw how great this looked I couldn't wait to serve it.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2005
I have made this twice now. It is a good meal I serve with basmati rice. I followed advice of others and added more curry & some red pepper, used low fat coconut milk, added celery, peas and garlic. I didn't think it to be too saucy. If you serve it with rice, you need the sauce.

Very good! I made with white onions & taco seasoning after reading the recommendations. But used cream of chicken instead of mushroom which was great! Added xtra cheese and jalepenos on top. I used Swanson canned white chicken, which was good and easy!
