Cheesy Breaded Chicken

Salsa Biscuit Chicken

Yummy. I seasoned the chicken with mexican seasoning. Added sour cream and diced jalepenos to mixture. Also used mexican cheese. My husband said these were excellent. I served with beans and rice and topped with sour cream. Took about 13 min to cook. This is similar to another meal we love...chicken and shredded cheese wrapped in cresent rolls and topped with cream of chicken soup.

Sour Cream Chicken

This is so incredibly easy and tasty. Great for a weeknight meal. I used light sour cream, cream of chicken and mushroom, and sherry (out of white wine). I also, seasoned both the sauce and the chicken. Added poultry seasoning, onion and garlic powder, black pepper and garlic salt. Served with rice and poured the sauce over it...husband loved it.

It's Chili by George!!

I cooked in the crock pot for 10 hours. Very good except for a bit to thin. Next time I will add tomato paste to thicken it up.

Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce

Very good. I used Chilean sea bass which is my favorite fish. I baked for 15 minutes because the filets were so thick. I broiled for 2 min and the topping burned. So next time I will cut it down to a min.

Apple Crisp II

My first time making apple crisp. Very good and easy. I didnt add water. I let the apples and sugar sit while I finished cooking dinner and by the time I put it in the oven there was already juice in the bottom from the apples. I used a potato peeler to peel and then a apple corer to do the rest.

Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos

My husband loves nachos and he was impressed by these. I added an extra chicken breat and Jalepeno and only used a quarter of the green onion parts. Top with Gauc and sour cream. Very good!

Chicken Piccata II

Very good. I used 3 chicken breast and doubled the sauce and it still wasn't enough. I cooked with mushrooms and capers as suggested and also used 1T of cornstarch mixed in wine to thicken. Now that I made it I know how to tweak it for next time.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

This is the same recipe that is on the back of the popcorn I bought. It is good however a bit chewy. Not as crunchy as I would have liked. Our jaws were getting tired from chewing.
