Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2010
Good and easy. I used cutlets so i cooked them on 350 for 10 min and broiled on each side for 5 min. I add a lot more seasoning when making these to add flavor. I use Italian bc's and add more Italian seasoning and garlic pepper to the mix. I also season the chicken with Italian seasoning and pepper before dipping them. Side with pasta and garlic bread. very good!

Best Chicken Ever

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2010
Very good for a weeknight meal. Both my husband and 2 yr old really liked it. I added the ranch seasoning to the sour cream. I had so much of the sour cream mixture left over. I probably could have cut it in half. I only used about half the butter. i cooked it for 45 minutes. Any longer and it would have been too much. Served with mac n cheese and mixed veggies.

Salisbury Steak

Fantastic! I made this for my husband and bro-in-law. They wanted more. They said 10 stars. I made an extra batch of sauce which I recommend. Made with mashed potatoes and mixed veg and dinner rolls. We were all wanting seconds. My 2 year old also like it.

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2009
My and husband and I loved this dish. It tastes like something you would get at a good Italian restaurant. Because other reviewers complained of it being bland, I seasoned the chicken before cooking it with Italian seasoning and garlic pepper. Other than that I didn't change anything. However, next time I will add a vegetable such as peas, broccoli, or spinach and maybe more sun dried tomatoes. And also add some crushed red pepper to spice it up a bit. I served it with a salad and texas toast.

Italian Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2009
I used romano and parm. I would have liked the crust a little crispier but it was good. I served with ravioli. Next time I will use cutlets instead of breasts.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2009
Very good. Keep in mind, this makes a huge amount! It fed my family for 3 days. Next time I will half the recipe and add a can of green chilis. I topped with jalepenos and used black beans instead of chili beans. Served with with spanish rice.

very good. Made some of the recommended changes (ritz instead of saltines, and also added brown sugar/ketchup to the top). Next time I will try with turkey to cut down on fat.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2007
Easy and healthy way to make salmon. I cut the oil and salt in half, and used the juice from a whole lemon. I cooked for 35 min and it was totally overcooked. So next time I will cut to 25 min.

I thought this was excellent. My husband didn't really care for it. He thought maybe it was the dill. I added egg whites and will be making this again!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2007
After reviewing several ratings I made some recommended changes. The first being I added more seasoning (garlic pepper, garlic powder, poultry seasoning) to the sauce and to the chicken mixture before cooking. Also, I cooked the chicken and veggies in chicken stock instead of water. My husband doesn't like celery so I used potato instead and also added some corn. I used Pillsbury ready made pie crusts (so easy..just open and unroll). And after brushing with egg white, baked the bottom crust for 5 minutes. I doubled the sauce and added most to the chicken mixture before putting it into the pan. I baked on 375 for 40 minutes. It looked and tasted delicious!!

Salsa Biscuit Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2007
Yummy. I seasoned the chicken with mexican seasoning. Added sour cream and diced jalepenos to mixture. Also used mexican cheese. My husband said these were excellent. I served with beans and rice and topped with sour cream. Took about 13 min to cook. This is similar to another meal we love...chicken and shredded cheese wrapped in cresent rolls and topped with cream of chicken soup.
