Meatloaf With A Bite

Fantastic! I used about 1.5 pounds of ground beef, Pace Chunky Salsa (Medium Hot) and Pepper Jack cheese. Since I used a little extra meat, I utilized an entire package of ground up Saltines and a heaping 1/4 Cup of the Parmesan and Peper Jack Cheese. Very tasty.

Lemon Bundt Cake

Great cake! Moist ten times over. I added a slight twist and used the glaze from the Glazed Almond Bundt Cake recipe utilizing Dry Toasted Sliced Almonds from Trader Joe's... folks couldn't get enough.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

If you're looking to make fudge for the first time, like I was, this is the recipe for you...I doubled the nuts portion using pecans as my nut of choice, turned out great. Will use again for any future fudge making projects.

Chris' Bay Area Burger

Without a doubt, the finest tasting burger I've eaten. These could turn me into a modern day Wimpy. Used 93% lean ground beef and the flavor was still amazing. Thanks Chris!
