This recipe is awesome. I made these today. They are super simple and a quick fix for you peanut butter/chocolate lovers!!!! I did feel however it was Very buttery. Its still delicious but I think next time I will cut the butter a tad and maybe add 1/2 cup more of crackers for the base. AWESOME

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2013
I am IN LOVE with these. Serious! I made these for my husband and myself so I cut the recipe in half and kept just about the same amount of cheese (we love our cheese:) Only suggestion - MAKE SURE you either grease the pan or if you bake them on aluminum foil for easy clean up - make sure you allow them about 5+ minutes to cool otherwise they will stick and you'll have more than cheesy biscuits for dinner!

Lemon Dijon Wings

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2013
Wow! Delicious!!! Only real complaint I have is that I didn't make more. :( I would make a suggestion, not to use as much salt - maybe 1/2 TSP is plenty? Thanks for the awesome recipe!!! This one is a keeper

Better Than Sex Cake II

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2013
A M A A A A ZING!!! Wow. INCREDIBLE. :):):):) Instead of using a boxed cake I used the "extreme chocolate cake" recipe on this website. Man, I was impressed. Literally one of the TWO cakes (9x9) are gone - within 24 hours! There's only two of us here !!!! :] If you haven't tried this yet, you are missing out. This is the BEST CAKE I've ever had in my life. I baked both in 9x9 pans, put a second pan under each so the cake wouldn't boil over & it didn't. I let them both cool down for 15 minutes or so, poked holes in them ALMOST to the bottom of the cakes but not quite & I poured 11oz caramel & most of the sweetened milk into the holes then I put the cakes in the fridge. I agree, the cake is best the second day after the caramel has sat. I sprinkled some heath in the holes while the cake was cooling & I just add the cool whip whenever someone wants a slice. No changes are necessary unless your a super picky person about texture - this was very moist & delicious.

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2013
I just finished making these! They were super good. I didn't use a lot of the cayenne pepper because it Is extremely spicy. I made pica de gallo also. No jicama or red pepper but it was still very good and flavorful. We just used the pica de gallo & corn for topping & a little shredded mozzarella cheese. We fried flour shells with olive oil because corn shells always seem dry. This is the first time I've ever made FISH and it will not be the last.

Chewy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2013
I'm currently baking these cookies and MAN they are WONDERFUL. I don't know how people could mess up? Follow directions. :) I don't see how its possible to ruin these cookies, seriously. Shame on the negative reviews. 8 Minutes in the oven at 375 & their done. I used sticks of butter rather than marg. I played with these a bit too for the flavor by adding lemon juice/lemon shavings & cinnamon to another batch. My husband and I LOVE them!!!! Thanks so much for the great recipe.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2013
This is the first cookie recipe I've ever attempted that actually worked out. I followed instructions accordingly. Only change I made was I used 2 1/2 cups of flour instead of three (which was perfect), 3/4 cup of sugar instead of 1 cup & I added peanut butter morsels plus chocolate chips as directed. INCREDIBLE. This is a keeper. Thank you so much for this recipe.
