Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
OMG!!! just had one of these babies..I added a small hand full of Dark chocolate chips to some butter to make a syrup to drizzle over the brown sugar . and added a double dose of cinnamon to the sugar....This was soooo good... I will never use another recipe again. The dark chocolate really gave it that extra kick of heaven. The recipe is still perfect without the chocolate, That's If you don't want a sweeter mix. Thank you, Thank you, YUMMY !!!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2013
I have been making these for about 5 years now for every Holiday or just for the heck of it.. I use a TSP of baking powder in the mix to make it even more softer...Room temp butter and eggs, one extra TSP of vanilla. SOFT, SOFT, SOFT. and when I get board I mix in anything from nuts to butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, you name it..very versatile. Thanks, for the great recipe.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2013
This is a great recipe..I thought it was a little on the bland side so I added one cup of sweet corn kernels to 24 servings. It was very good. The kernels also helped it stay together when eating it. Thanks for a great recipe.

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2013
I have been making these for a couple years now for the Holidays, I do cook all my ingredients together on the stove top except the chocolate, it makes it easier to spread in your pan and helps the chocolate stay melted to spread on top easier, then I freeze mine for 15 minutes and then pop it out and cut it, Done and ready to eat. Thanks for the great recipe, everyone will keep coming back for more.. P.S. Cut them small they are rich, like quarter size small.
