Fluffy Pancakes

My Own Famous Stuffed Grape Leaves

we used brown rice, a homemade mushroom broth, and dill seed instead bc that is what i had in the house. i didn't measure anything bc i was in a rush and it turned out fantastic. i can imagine that doing it "right" would be even better. yum yum yum and thanks

Lebanese-Style Red Lentil Soup

I used beef stock instead of chicken bc it was what I had on hand. I threw the cilantro in the food processor too. Very quick and easy. very good.

Fabulous Cilantro Pesto

Easy Swedish Apple Pie

I used whole wheat flour bc that is what we had in the house. I eliminated the sugar in the apples for ease. It was wonderful and easy. We took seconds. Thanks.

This is a unique recipe and I appreciate that. It smells fantastic! I like the ease of making and small amount of ingredients. It tasted very very good. Next time I will use a little else oil.

Vegetarian Chili

Hog's Head Cheese

we were jokingly calling this "mock head" at my party. i think some people were afraid to eat based on appearance (we used a beautiful mold though). however, it tasted very good. decent recipe for not using a head. there was very little jello in this recipe based on amount of meat. one person said that maybe more jello would have made it more authentic. however, i thought it was fine

Fabulous Fudge Chocolate Cake

we tripled the chocolate as suggested by other reviewers and it was great. we used a chocolate icing recipe from this site. only suggestion would be to use a loose icing or glaze, as the cake was crumbling during application of icing. we ended up freezing the cake to ice and all was well. thanks

Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

very good icing. very stiff when cools if put in a lot of conf. sugar. i would suggest using unsweetened bakers chocolate rather than using chips. i like things very chocolaty and that would have made it more so.

Tiramisu

Cucumber Slices With Dill

no one really touched this at the party. my in-laws and neighbors said that they really liked it. i, however, was not very excited about it. they really tasted like sweet pickles. i like my pickles to taste like pickles and my cukes to taste like cukes. overall, not bad

Baby Blue Punch

it was good and soooo easy. i make fruit juice ice rings. and used whitecrangrape bc that is all they had. i did not add the extra sugar. it was all gone in a flash and there were plenty of other drinks. i made mine green bc it was a garden party and i think that was not good. i got a few negative comments about the color, eg. green slime, snot, etc. anyway, maybe for a little boys party but not green for grown ups.
