Old Fashioned Potato Kugel

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2010
It can't get much easier than this, and delicious too! Shredded onions, then potatoes in processor with fine shredder. Changed to the blade, added everything else, a few pulses and WAH-LAH it was done. I did however bake it in an oiled 9x13 that was heated first, before putting the mixture in a 400 deg. oven for 1 hour. Tasted it as soon as it came out of the oven & it was TDF, with a very crispy brown top and a creamy inside. Had to go to another room before I would eat it all. Thanks so much for sharing.

Outstanding Chicken Dinner

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
This was not "Outstanding" in my opinion. Although the flavor was good I was disappointed with the outcome of this recipe. Firstly, you don't need chicken breast on the bone, chunked would have been better, and the sauce was very gloppy. I did follow the instructions as written.

Beef Bourguignon I

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2008
Thought this was delicious! Yes, it took a bit of work, but well worth it. Left out the additional onions, used 2 oz. precooked bacon and instead of baking it, I put it in the crockpot for 3 1/2hrs on Hi. Do give it a try.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2008
Read the reviews and changes before you make this recipe! I made 1/2 a recipe, since it was just for my DH & myself. Yes, it was too dry and not enough flavor. I will make this again with some of the suggested changes as it is very quick and easy.

White Bean and Lamb Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2004
This would get 6 stars if there was such a catagory. Short on time, I used 2 cans of Great Northern beans, and 1 3/4c crushed tomatoes. Also, placed the baby spinach in the bottom of the soup bowl, topped with hot soup Which wilted the spinach and added the feta on top. Can't get better than this. Thank you Hardt!!
