very good recipe. the only thing that went wrong for me is that i couldn't cut it very well. i ended up breaking it with my hands. odd shapes, but it still tasted wonderful.

Cinnamon-Raisin Coffee Cake

Tasty! I had a bit of trouble with the texture, it was a bit too soft, BUT that probably is my fault. I substituted applesauce for the eggs and I may have used too much. Anyhoo, it tastes good all the same. =)

Chocolate Cheesecake IV

This is the first time that I have made cheesecake. It is easy to make and quite rich. I followed only the directions on this recipe, however next time I'll use the cheesecake articles on this site to avoid the crackling on top and overcooking it. Great recipe!

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns

This recipe is excellent! Takes a pretty long time to prepare, but is well worth it--better than any cinnamon buns you could buy. Some reviewers suggested doubling the filling, but I would highly recommend NOT doing that: I had a bit too much as it was! I also didn't use 4 cups of flour, but only 3-1/2 as that was all it needed. So, double the recipe 'cause they'll disappear fast!

A really good way to add protien to your sandwich...tastes really good, however, next time i think i'll add less onion just to suit my tastes. Makes a very filling sandwich. =)

Banana Bread

this is a great recipe. i baked it for about 35 minutes instead of an hour, i used 3/4 cup of walnuts and i only had aprox. 4 1/2 x 8 1/2" pans so i used those instead.

Brunch Scones

This is the best scone recipe ever!! It bakes nicely (temp. was perfect for me), and it comes out delicious! I didn't use the currants, and I used soy milk instead of milk. All I had was salted butter in the house, so I used that...it worked, however, it must of slightly changed the taste.

Oven Roasted Potatoes

i'd just like to suggest (for those of you who have had a problem with it cooking) that you bake for that time, and if it isn't browned yet, you turn the oven to broil. watch it CAREFULLY, making sure it doesn't burn but browns perfectly

Apple Crisp III

people have been saying that this comes out watery. A simple solution---don't use water! crisp is a very easy dessert to play around with and in my past experience with it is that the base can be a simple mix of apples and cinnamon. Beleive me, I am positive that omitting the water completely will still give you a great dessert.

Yum, this cake has a really rich chocolate taste. Its very addicting. I left out the chocolate chips this time as I had run out, it turned out great but next time I will try adding them in.
