Janet's Chicken Casserole

i made this tonight. my family said it was best thing i have ever made. i did not use all of my soup mixture and i used alot more stuffing than the recipe called for. i made the chicken breasts very thin and sauteed them with garlic and olive oil to cook them. this recipe had alot of flavor. next time i make this i might substitute the mayo for some ranch dressing for a little more kick. very goood overall!

Spinach and Sweet Corn Mashed Potatoes

i really enjoyed this recipe. i made it just how the recipe called for and everyone really loved it! next time i make it im going to go for a little more flavor with the garlic and butter but overall i loved it and i will definatly make this agian!

Veggie Delight on Garlic Bread

this recipe was soooooooo good. i loved it. i put the veggies on the bread before i put it in the oven by accident but decided to try it that way and it worked great. i just cooked it about 10 more minutes. everyone loved it!

Meatball Spaghetti Sauce

i made this recipe tonight. i only made the meatballs though and put them in spagetti sauce. i only added a little bit of milk and i didnt add 2 onions because i thought that it would be too much but next time i will definatly add more onions and more garlic. everyone loved it and i did too! definatly a keeper!

Basic Sauce for Pasta

this is the first recipe i made from this site. when i first tasted it, it didnt taste as good as i had expected but then after i added some extra garlic and parmesean cheese and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, it tasted 100 times better. i also added some finely chopped ground meat. i accented it with some pasta. it definatly tasted good.
