Marvelous Stuffed Mushrooms
o my gosh. we go to a five star eating establishment in Visalia, Ca and they serve a similar mushroom with Cognac sauce in puff pastry as an appetizer. This recipe is so good. Used parsley from our garden. My ten year old grew it for me. I made the recipe just as printed. I served with cresent rolls ( dreaming of puff pastry appetizer). dip rolls in leftover sauce. WOW! This is such a keeper. Serve for guests..their tastebuds will go wild...even if they don't like mushrooms!
