Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I omitted all the peppers, bacon bits, beer and hot pepper sauce. I did add one can of ro-tel on top of what tomatoes the recipe calls for. All my beans were regular kidney beans. I omitted the pork and used 1 1/2 lbs deer meat and 1 lb of ground beef. I used chili powder, but only about 1 T. or so. This was just spicy enough for my family. My husband likes hot and I like mild. This recipe made us both happy. This is my new chili recipe. Thanks for posting.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I
Really good. Even my picky eaters loved it. Will try carrots and celery next time I think.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding
So easy to make. My 4 year old loves eating it warm. It's perfect just the way it's written. Didn't change a thing.
