Kentucky Butter Cake
This cake is excellent. The mixing method is unconventional- no creaming, etc. Weirdly, it comes out beautifully! It is not tough and releases from the 10 c bundt pan perfectly. I ran out of white sugar and used confectioner's in the glaze. I poured it over the top of the cake and it made a delicious buttery glaze. This is a wonderful recipe and if you want a true butter cake, make this one.
