Light Avocado Egg Salad
I loved this! I used 4 eggs, one whole avocado, dijon mustard, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika. OH and I added a Tablespoon of lemon juice to keep the avocado from turning brown. Definitely a KEEPER for sure!! Next time I'll use a tiny bit of chopped onion.

BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza
I used crescent roll dough for the crust. Pre baked for 10 min. Assembled with hot BBQ pork mixture added crumbled cooked bacon hot sauce and 3 kinds of cheese. Colby jack and pepper jack. Chopped green onions. Will def make again. Thank you !!

Warm Reuben Spread
Good. I also rinsed kraut with water and drained. Helps reduce sodium a bit.
