This cake was fantastic. I made it just as the directions indicated, and it was wonderful. Not TOO sweet. Was very easy to make also.

Layered Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2010
This was a simple and beautiful salad. I used purple onion, added a little bit of shredded carrot to add even more color, and used a 16 oz. bottle of Ranch dressing instead of 8 oz. I took this to a party and it was a great success. Delicious!

Chicken Salad Spread

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2008
I've never made any other chicken salad to compare this to, but my family loved this the first time I made it, so I figured...Why mess with a good thing? I use sweet relish instead of the pickles, though, just for convenience's sake.

Tuna Noodle Casserole IV

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2009
This recipe is perfect to make when you are in a hurry or have worked all day. I put the whole thing together in about 20 minutes and it was very tasty. I didn't vary from the recipe at all and really enjoyed it.

Almond-Crusted Tilapia

Reviewed: May 14, 2011
AMAZING!!! The only thing I did differently was used fresh lemon juice instead of the lemon pepper. Mixed it with the egg. I've never been a fish-eater, but I and my family loved this. I even gobbled up the leftovers the next day!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
I've tried pumpkin pies several times before and only received "mediocre" reviews, however, when I tried THIS recipe on Thanksgiving, my family kept telling me that it was AWESOME!

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2007
This recipe is wonderful and simple. I cooked it the chicken on the crock pot's "Low" setting for about 10 hrs & it was GREAT. So tender it almost fell apart and tasted like roast chicken. I made some new potatoes out of a can and covered them in some of the cheddar soup from the crock pot and a can of grean beans. Mouth-watering. Will definitely add to my recipe box.

Best Ever Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2006
I've tried many recipes for meatloaf over the years and this is by far the best. The consistency is great, not too sloppy. Use ground sirloin of ground round and it's extra fantastic!

Chocolate Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
This recipe turned out fantastic exactly as written. The only thing I did differently was use regular grahams instead of chocolate and I too prefer the French Vanilla pudding. I MUCH prefer making my own chocolate topping and the more vanilla, the better! My husband loves choc eclair cake, but the other recipes I've tried leaves the filling too runny and doesn't set up well. This was just perfect.
