Real Hummus

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
The consistency is amazing. I used the chick pea water about 2/3 of a cup I'd guess. I tried a little bit of the variation everyone wrote about with Cumin but I don't think I will again. I just used a bit.I love Garlic but I found the strength of the raw garlic a bit harsh for my taste, maybe just smaller cloves next time. I did forget the oil! I don't think that would make too much of a difference but maybe. It's good, just a little different.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2014
Made this for NYE, it was fantastic - the only change I made was about 1TBSP of butter to cook and brown the chicken and then I put it in the oven to finish cooking. Tender, delicious and awesome!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2013
I made this - I did not have onion soup mix so I subbed with another reco - rubbed the pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Instead of red wine, used cranberry juice with a shot of red wine vinegar & sugar. It was a great idea!

I have made this twice for company with rave reviews it truly is amazing, I love the tamarind in it. If you put in too many noodle (which I did last night) I added some Tamarind Sauce for a little extra. The flavours were amazing!!!!
