Crispy Orange Beef
This recipe is fantastic. I used sirloin steak for the beef. I didn't have OJ concentrate, so I just reduced about 1/3 cup of fresh orange juice. I also didn't have Ginger, so I just left it out but it would have been even better with some. And I substituted cut asparagus for the broccoli. It is as good as the crispy beef from a restaurant, nice and pungent without being so salty. Highly recommended.

Amish Yumazuti
I made this following the basic recipe with a couple of changes. I used a can of crushed tomatoes instead of the stewed/diced ones. I also mixed all the ingredients together and then topped the casserole with another 1/2 cup of cheese. It turned out really great!

Apple Cranberry Crisp
I liked this dish OK, but my guests didn't care for it. I served it as a dessert, but it's really halfway between dessert and side dish. Cranberries can be a tough sell for some people, so not everyone was destined to like this dish anyway. Also, the topping was more like granola than I care for.
