Excellent cookie! Not overly sweet. Melts in your mouth. My husband has looked at me in adoration since he tasted them. Will become a Christmas favorite at our house!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2005
Great recipe! The sour cream adds just the right zing. Even good as leftovers. I did switch the order of layering the ingredients like others suggested. I will be making this for my pasta loving husband often!

Cabbage and Kielbasa

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2005
Excellent flavor! Brings out the German Girl in me! Didn't really need the water. Used regular cabbage cause that is what I had and used Turkey kielbasa. This will be added to the "FAVORITE'S" list at our house.

Tuscan Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2005
I love this soup, I used to have to go to Olive Garden every time I wanted this soup, now I make it at home all of the time. Sometimes I use kale instead of spinach, and I usually add some Oscar Meyer bacon bits. Also, I use spicy turkey italian sausage.

Basic Bean Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2005
I searched high and low for a bean soup like my mom used to make. This is it! So easy and tasty. I always cook it with a smoked shank or ham hock added for a little smokey flavor. Just removed before serving. I make this soup all the time in the winter months.

My husband, who usually complains when we have chicken had seconds! I didn't have any bacon bits, so I used real crumbled bacon. I will make again.

Noodles Marmaduke

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2005
Good recipe. Very homey tasting, comfort food. Noodles didn't get quit cooked enough, I had to add some broth and extend the cooking time. It was actually better as leftovers. My husband gave it 5 stars. Will make again.
