Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2008
This was the advice I followed from another user! I'm giving this five stars for this recipe w/ modifications. I think you will really love this if you try it the way I did! I seasoned the chops w/ s,p, and garlic powder, then dredged in flour seasoned w/ pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and some Emrils all-purpose seasoning....& browned in olive oil. On the stove, I boiled the water w/ one large chicken bouillon cube, then reduced, and added one can of cream of mushroom soup. I wisked together about 4 T flour in some cold water and added it to the sauce. I added it all to the slow cooker with half an onion diced into small pieces. I also added a can of drained mushrooms. My family LOVED this one!!

Amazing Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
This was sooo easy to make!! My family loved it! My husband does not like tortellini (which I didn't know, until after I made this), but he loved it in this! He rated it a 4.5! I didn't put the pine nuts on. I used the refrigerated cheese tortellini. I will make again!

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
My family loved this recipe. I never fry foods but I thought I would try it out! It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be! My husband really loved the slaw, it has a really heavy cilantro taste, which he loves, so if you don't love cilantro you might wanna cut back. Since other reviewers said that it was spicy, I cut open the chipotles and deseeded them. I also halfed the cumin and just added a couple of dashes of cayenne. I will be making this again! They all loved it! Thanks again!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2008
I was super excited to try this one out! I followed the advice of others and lined the pan! Great idea! I also followed and doubled the sauce. I'm not a beginner cook, but I messed something up! I used apple cider vinegar, because that was the only cider vinegar I could find. I used a lite soy sauce. I did something WRONG!! I used chicken breast- thick ones- and it only needed to cook for 40 minutes. Was very tender and juicy. But the sauce WAS Nasty!! I salvaged this by getting a paper towel and getting as much sauce off as I could. The whole time it was cooking my house smelled Nasty! I would love to know what I did wrong. My family did like it, but only after I got as much sauce off as I could. Good luck!
